During this 3 week course we will aim to cover the following areas.

-Lesson 1: 11/01/2016

Post holiday detox.

Looking at how we can eat delicious foods that make us feel better after festive excesses or indeed adopt these principles on a day to day basis. We will explore raw foods and salads and how to make the most delicious Kale salad, the Buddha bowl principle, almond milk and how desserts can be sugar, dairy, egg, gluten free yet be delicious and nutritious.

- Lesson 2: 17/01/2016

What you need to know about proteins and meat substitutes.

We will aim to cover which foods can fill that 'empty' space on our plates. What can be just as satisfying as say a steak and how to prepare it so that nobody misses it. Vegetables that are 'meaty' tofu, tempeh, seitan, pulses, and other products that are on the market...how to cook them and make them shine.

-Lesson 3: 25/01/2016

“ Vegan brunch.”

Generally the traditional breakfast table will have plenty of animal based dishes on offer. How would you make it imperceptibly vegan? Eggs, bacon, pancakes are a few that spring to mind which can be replicated in the vegan world of cooking. We will also look at some of the healthy go to breakfasts which can be made in advance and are delicious. Breakfast for dinner anyone?
