Welcome to Viva los Vegan's menu for our November Supper Club!
MENU FOR THURSDAY 26TH NOVEMBER
Dear fellow foodies, spread your wings and fly on over to the Coachhouse for some vegan & gluten free delicious food & Live music.
Doors open 7pm.
5 course menu:
Dawn: Squish squash revisited
Squash terrine with sweet onions and aniseedy pastis and a green olive crush. A terre a terre classic revisited.
Sunrise: Pomelo, peanut and sriracha cocktail salad
Sweet, sour, spicy, a delicious salad with a crunch.
High noon: Daikon dumplings in a creamy sweetcorn sauce
Crispy daikon dumplings float in a pool of smooth bright sauce.
Sunset: Treenut cheese and membrillo jelly with crackers
Creamy vegan cheese with quince cheese and home made seeded crackers.
Dusk: Apple rose caramel
A salted caramel cup with an apple rose, served with a golden infusion.
